Here is a breakdown of what to expect from the first contact to your first visit:
Initial Contact: After reaching out, we’ll discuss your needs, availability, and any relevant concerns to determine if we’re a good fit.
Free Consultation: You’ll be invited to a brief consultation, either by phone or video, to answer any questions and ensure that I can offer the services that meet your needs.
Scheduling: If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session at a time that works for you.
Intake Packet: Prior to your first appointment, you’ll be required to complete necessary paperwork through our secure client portal. Please complete this at least 2 business days before your appointment to ensure we can move forward with the session.
First Visit: During your first visit, we’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and history. We’ll also work together to develop a personalized treatment plan. The session is an opportunity for you to feel comfortable and heard.
If, after our consultation, it seems like we’re not the right fit for your needs, I will provide you with a referral to another professional who may be a better match.

Health psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on how biological, social, and psychological factors influence health and well-being. It emphasizes prevention, managing health-related stress, and improving overall quality of life.
