Our Story
Pacific Wellness Hub was founded on the belief that mental health care should be accessible, personalized, and deeply attuned to the whole person. My path began in integrated medical settings, where I had the opportunity to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams. While these experiences were invaluable, I often found that the fast-paced nature of large systems made it difficult to provide the level of individualized care I wanted for my clients.
The pandemic further highlighted the need for flexible, accessible mental health support, especially for those navigating chronic illness, disability, and sleep disorders. I created Pacific Wellness Hub to fill this gap—offering a space to support the whole person, with compassion, evidence-based care, and a commitment to each person’s unique needs.
The name Pacific Wellness Hub reflects this mission: a central space for healing where people can access support that empowers them to rediscover balance in their lives. Through telehealth across Oregon and in-person care in Corvallis, the practice remains dedicated to fostering well-being through a collaborative, holistic, and person-centered approach.
Dr. Samantha Domingo, Psy.D., DBSM (she/her/ella) is a licensed psychologist and board-certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist with a focus on supporting individuals living with chronic illness, disability, and sleep disorders. She brings a deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental health, drawing from over a decade of experience in integrated medical and behavioral health settings.
Dr. Domingo earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. She then completed a clinical internship at Yale School of Medicine focused on behavioral medicine, followed by a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, where she specialized in health psychology and behavioral sleep medicine. Her clinical approach blends cognitive behavioral therapies with mindfulness-based and values-oriented strategies, tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Beyond her therapy practice, Dr. Domingo has contributed to research on multiple sclerosis, sleep, and health behavior change, and has authored several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She also consults with national organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Can Do MS, and Dario Health, and regularly offers workshops and educational talks to healthcare professionals, companies, and community groups.
She is passionate about making behavioral health more accessible and relevant, especially for those navigating complex, invisible, or misunderstood health conditions.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Domingo enjoys creative hobbies like jewelry making, fermentation, knitting, and spending time with her family, dog, and two cats in beautiful Oregon.
About Dr. Domingo
Therapeutic Approach
My therapy approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. As a native Venezuelan and an immigrant with a diverse background, I prioritize creating a welcoming, inclusive space for authentic self-expression, where clients feel truly seen and supported. In my work, I seek to integrate the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that shape each person’s challenges and strengths, recognizing the whole person rather than just their symptoms.
I believe that therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experience. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. At the same time, I take a person-centered perspective, drawing from Feminist Therapy, Existential Therapy, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care, to create a space where clients can feel seen and heard.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I work with clients to explore their values, build resilience, and develop skills that foster long-term well-being. I see therapy as a partnership—one where we work together to understand challenges, identify meaningful goals, and take steps toward lasting change. I also value ongoing education and training, ensuring that I continue to integrate the latest research and best practices into my work.
Above all, my goal is to provide a supportive and empowering space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, challenges, and strengths in a way that honors their full identity and lived experience.

Our Values
At Pacific Wellness Hub, our work is guided by a deep commitment to diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and person-centered care. We recognize that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all—each person’s lived experience, identity, and background shape their needs, challenges, and strengths. Our approach is grounded in cultural humility, respect for intersectionality, and a dedication to creating a welcoming and affirming space for all individuals.
We believe that therapy should be accessible and empowering, helping people navigate life’s challenges in a way that honors their unique values and goals. Whether through in-person or telehealth services, our focus is on providing compassionate, evidence-based support that respects the whole person—their story, their struggles, and their resilience.
Accessibility
At Pacific Wellness Hub, we are committed to providing a welcoming and accessible space for all.
Our office is located in a historic building in the Corvallis Historic District. While the structure presents some limitations, we’ve taken steps to improve accessibility, including a ramp from our private parking lot for those using mobility aids.
We offer an all-gender restroom, are accessible via public transportation, and welcome service and emotional support animals. Spanish-speaking services are also available.
If you have specific needs—such as sensory accommodations or requesting that masks be worn—please contact us in advance. We're happy to support your comfort and safety.
To protect your privacy, paperwork and communication are handled through a secure client portal, with alternative formats available upon request.
Everyone deserves access to compassionate, inclusive care—and we’re here to help make that possible.
